In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to create an Account or place any Wager on the Platform. to338 enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with the responsible-gaming standards applicable to the Indonesia market. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account suspended immediately, all Bets voided, and any Balance forfeited.
2.2 Residency. You must be a resident of Indonesia and must access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited at the time of use. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location. to338 makes no representations regarding the legality of online wagering in any specific jurisdiction.
2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your residence, and that you are not acting under duress, undue influence, or any legal incapacity.
2.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, and agents of to338, together with their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not permitted to hold a player Account or place Wagers through the Platform.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may register and maintain exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances held within them.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. to338 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration details provided by the Player.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time authentication codes with any third party. Any activity occurring under your Account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify to338 support immediately at [email protected].
3.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting to338 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements being satisfied. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
3.5 Suspension and Termination by to338. to338 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) fraud, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering is suspected; (c) a court order or regulatory directive requires us to do so; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
4.1 Verification Trigger. to338 may request identity verification documents at any point during the Account lifecycle, and will always require successful KYC completion before processing any withdrawal request exceeding Rp 500.000 or upon cumulative withdrawals reaching thresholds determined by our compliance team.
4.2 Acceptable Documents. The following documents are accepted for identity verification purposes:
4.3 Document Submission. All documents must be submitted in clear, legible digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). Documents that are blurred, cropped, expired, or appear tampered with will be rejected. to338 will notify you of the outcome of your KYC review within three (3) business days of receiving a complete submission.
4.4 Verification Failure. If KYC cannot be completed to to338's satisfaction within thirty (30) calendar days of the first request, we reserve the right to suspend the Account and place all pending withdrawals on hold until the matter is resolved. Accounts that fail KYC due to confirmed identity misrepresentation will be permanently closed.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. to338 accepts deposits via the following channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata virtual accounts; e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja; and international card payments via Visa and Mastercard where available. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own caps.
5.3 Deposit Processing. E-wallet deposits are credited to your Account in real time. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one (1) to three (3) minutes of confirmed receipt by our payment processor. to338 is not liable for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.
5.4 Deposit Ownership. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. to338 reserves the right to reverse and return any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source.
5.5 No Deposit Fees. to338 does not charge any processing fee on deposits. Any fees levied by your bank or payment provider are your own responsibility and are outside to338's control.
6.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to that method's availability for outgoing transfers. to338 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts or to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the Account.
6.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted during support operating hours (07:00–24:00 WIB) are typically processed within fifteen (15) to forty-five (45) minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed from 07:00 WIB on the following day. to338 does not guarantee processing within these indicative timeframes during periods of unusually high transaction volume.
6.4 KYC Prerequisite. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the Player's Account has completed the KYC verification process to to338's satisfaction. Initiating a withdrawal is deemed to constitute consent to the KYC process if it has not already been completed.
6.5 Wagering of Deposited Funds. to338 requires that any deposited amount be wagered at least one (1) time before a withdrawal of that deposit amount is permitted. This requirement exists solely to prevent the Platform from being used as a money-transfer service. It does not apply to winnings accumulated from qualifying wagers.
6.6 Withdrawal Holds. to338 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal where: (a) the Account is under KYC review; (b) a fraud or integrity investigation is in progress; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute has been filed by the Player; or (d) a court order or regulatory direction so requires.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards offered by to338 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that particular offer.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before those funds may be converted to withdrawable cash. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. The applicable multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds, and validity period are stated in each offer's terms.
7.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim any given promotion once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through duplicate Accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and potential Account suspension.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. to338 employs automated systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; collusion between Accounts to generate artificial wagering volume; and systematic exploitation of free-bet offers. Where abuse is detected, to338 reserves the right to void all associated Bets, remove Bonus Funds, and suspend the Account.
7.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn. If a Player requests a withdrawal before wagering requirements are met, to338 will process the withdrawal of the real-money Balance only, and outstanding Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
7.6 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. to338 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed, the terms in effect at the time of claiming will apply to that claim.
8.1 Acceptance of Bets. All Bets are accepted at to338's sole discretion. to338 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Bet without providing a reason, particularly where the Bet would exceed the Platform's liability limits for a given event or market.
8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts per Bet vary by product category, market type, and event. The applicable limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. to338 may adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
8.3 Obvious Errors. Where a price, odds, or payout is published in error — including palpable pricing errors, technical display faults, or data-feed malfunctions — to338 reserves the right to void all Bets placed at the erroneous price, irrespective of whether the Bet has already been settled. Players will be notified of any such voiding by the support team.
8.4 Event Cancellation and Postponement. If a sporting event or other wagerable outcome is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the conclusion of play, Bets will be settled in accordance with the rules published for that specific sport or market category. In the absence of specific rules, voided Bets will be returned to the Player's Balance at the original stake amount.
8.5 Togel and Numbers Games. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws conducted through the Platform are governed by the specific draw rules and result sources published on the Platform. Results are final upon official publication. No claims will be accepted after the settlement period stated in the draw rules.
8.6 Mix Parlay Bets. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the full parlay to be settled as a winner. The voiding of any single leg due to postponement, cancellation, or other qualifying event will reduce the accumulator by that leg, and the remaining legs will be settled accordingly.
9.1 Commitment. to338 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers self-exclusion, deposit limits, session time-out, and reality-check features to help players manage their gambling activity.
9.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Player may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion by contacting to338 customer support. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no deposits or Wagers will be accepted. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the elected period.
9.3 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account through the responsible-gaming section of the Platform. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the to338 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:
11.1 Ownership. All content on the to338 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, domain, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of to338 or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without to338's prior written consent.
11.2 Limited Licence. to338 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership interest in any Platform content.
11.3 Game Content. 12.1 No Warranty. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
12.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to338's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. to338 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from a Player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if to338 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.4 Force Majeure. to338 shall not be in breach of these Terms, nor liable for any delay or failure in performance, where such delay or failure arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party payment processor failures.
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by to338's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and to338. By creating an Account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at to338.app/privacy-policy.
to338 processes personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and the delivery of personalised promotional communications where consent has been provided. Data is retained for no longer than is necessary for these purposes, subject to any applicable legal retention obligations.
14.1 Right to Amend. to338 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, to338 will endeavour to notify Players via the email address registered to their Account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
14.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure prior to the effective date of the revision.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which to338 is licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and to338, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance so that the matter can be resolved informally and promptly. The majority of account and transaction disputes are resolved within 48 hours through direct communication with our support team.
15.3 Formal Escalation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within fourteen (14) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body designated by to338. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
15.4 No Class Actions. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
